18 Camps Suitable for cattle with a 3500HA Game camp in the center of the farm. With a total of 7 Bore Holes all solar pumps. ( ranging from 2000m3 per hour up to 3500m3 per hour give or take. Depth ranging from 50 to 60meters respectively. Where water level starts at 12 meters respectively.
Fencing is in fair condition with stock fence on outer perimeter and game fenced in center of farm where game camp is located. all camps and watering holes are accessible by vehicle.
Farm was used for game hunting all the amenities are still there to continue with game or if you are looking for stock farming this is a well developed farm for multiple use.
The location is seen as good in an area where sustainability is reasonably stable in terms as farming, hunting and tourism related activities. The surrounding area is characterized by numerous privately owned game cattle/ sheep and guest farms/ lodges operating in the tourist sectors.

The water supply consists of 7 boreholes of which 3 are fitted with a solar pump installation and 4 have a windmill installation. The boreholes deliver between 2m3 and 3m3 respectively.Other improvements consist of 2 x 10 000 Lt and 20 x 5 000 Lt plastic water tanks. There are also 10 cement reservoirs. According to the owner, the boreholes deliver enough water for all farm activities being undertaken on the subject property.
Landscapes on the farm consist of level grass/ bush plains, dry riverbeds, dune sand and medium mountain ranges.
